  • Par Value (Art. 53): 1 EMT token = 1 EUR at all times. No fees allowed.
  • Redemption Right: Holders may redeem at ANY TIME on demand (no lock-up).
  • SLA (Art. 53): Payment processed within 1 BUSINESS DAY of redemption request.
  • No Interest (Art. 55): EMT issuers must NOT pay interest, yield, or staking rewards to holders.
